AMARILLO -- The Amarillo City Commission doesn't appear to have heard a groundswell that would cause it to rethink applying design standards to a neighborhood on downtown's southern edge.
In their public work session Tuesday, commissioners discussed the results of a Nov. 30 public hearing scheduled to revisit the matter after weeks of complaints primarily from grass-roots group Amarillo Citizens for Property Rights. (
