AMARILLO -- Wallace Bajjali Development Partners, a development firm recommended by the Downtown Amarillo Inc. to head the process of downtown revitilization, has a pending lawsuit in Harris County, TX.

Frost National Bank accuses Wallace Bajjali of failing to pay in-full on investment property in Missouri City. David Wallace, partner in Wallace Bajjali, says they recommended development stop and there's simply a dispute on the value of the undeveloped property.

Wallace tells KAMR/KCIT the pending lawsuit does not impair his ability to take reigns on the Amarillo downtown redevelopment project. He says Downtown Amarillo Inc. approached him about a year ago for the project based on his developments in Waco, TX... (full story)
